Château Bourgneuf Vayron

Visual aspect: a lovely intensely coloured wine. Nose: aromas of mocha and hints of roasting. Powerful and elegant after swirling (a touch of vanilla). Palate: overall well balanced, with a marvellous finish on good length. A lovely wine. Match with food: cottage pie of jugged hare.
