Visual aspect: a pale yellow colour, excellent foam and consistent bubbles.
Nose: pure and extremely delicate aromas of fruit: greengage plum, pear, grapefruit, roasted almond and citrus.
Palate: fresh, with a predominat Chardonnay quality. The finish is long on flavours of white blossom.
Comment: a very well made champagne we enjoyed tasting. We recommend it.
