Nose: powerful, revealing marvellous concentration that gives aromas of white-fleshed fruit (peach, pear), as well as hints of honey, brioche and pastry.
Palate: the first taste is pure and supple. Its richness its enhanced by lovely freshness and a long finish full of mineral hints. Match with food: fillet of John Dory.
