Visual aspect: concentrated, translucent and gleaming, with a black-cherry hue and purple tints.
Nose: pure and complex, mingling mineral hints with fresh aromas of small black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry).
Palate: full-bodied and stylish, with rich, ample, very smooth texture and tannins built on fineness. The finish is fresh and its length is sustained well.
Match with food: haunch of venison with Grand Veneur sauce.
Comments: a pleasant, fruity wine, made and matured in the fine art of winemaking. A wine we will savour for many years to come.
