Nose: acacia blossom, lavender honey, fruit jelly, lovely vivacity and very airy.
Palate: excellent first taste, full-bodied and rich. Generous second taste. The finish evokes a flavour of quince jelly.
Match with food: foie gras, white meat in cream sauce.
