Visual aspect: a delicate golden colour with gleaming tints.
Nose: initially aromas of ripe white-fleshed fruit (peach) and apricot and on the second nose, a slightly honeyed scent, with acacia and a candied hint.
Palate: pure and very airy on the first taste. Good richness and lovely length. Excellent balance between acidity and sweetness.
Match with food: as an aperitif served with ideally ripe vegetables.
Comments: very pleasant, delicate and elegant, a wine to savour with good friends.
