Cuvée de la Muraille

Visual aspect: crimson, translucent, with ruby coloured tinges.
Nose: first impression is that it is clean and powerful on aromas of cherry and griotte cherry. After swirling a hint of blood, then a floral scent (peony). Creamy with scents of spices, it is charming.
Palate: round and smooth first taste, full-bodied development, silky texture and flavours which resemble the aromas with tremendous freshness of fruit and spices on the finish. The tannin is pleasantly enveloped by the texture.
Match with food: topside of veal with fresh spring vegetables.
Comments: a delightful wine for its aromas, as well as its flavours and sensations on the palate.
