Visual aspect: magnificent, translucent and gleaming.
Nose: very delicate and subtle on aromas of red and black fruit skins.
Palate: full, supple and smooth first taste on plump tannin and melted fruit flavours that evoke the aromas sensed on the nose. Incredible length on the finish for such a vintage.
Match with food: topside roasted with small potatoes, garlic and parsley.
Comments: a really splendid wine!
