Visual aspect: a black cherry hue, translucent and bright.
Nose: very delicate on hints of pepper, and aromas of red and black fruit.
Palate: marvellous roundness, full-bodied and smooth on good, supple tannin. An excellent finish.
Match with food: game.
Comments: vegetal on the nose, but the first taste is round and charming. A wine for laying down which we highly recommend you try.
