Nose: very intense, but delicate and full of aroma, with scents of bilberry and blackberry: delicious.
Palate: pure and mineral on the first taste, a bit short and woody on the finish.
Match with food: sea lamprey à la Bordelaise (red wine sauce and leeks).
Comments: surprising for a 2005. Remarkable!
