Visual aspect: clear, crystalline and gleaming.
Nose: fresh, light, with burnt hints, very delicate and elegant on fabulous fruit aromas.
Palate: supple, fluid and smooth on the first taste, then fruit flavours. The tannins are excellent and crisp. The finish is superb.
Match with food: rib steak with wine sauce.
Comments: we appreciate the winegrower's talent enormously.
