Visual aspect: a lovely pale yellow colour. Nose: very expressive with excellent complexity. Aromas of white-fleshed fruit. Pleasant hints of citrus. Palate: silky on the first taste, very delicate with a vanilla flavour. Creamy. A touch of citrus again, dosage is light and it has great balance. Match with food: bite size pieces of flounder cooked with coconut, white pudding. Comments: a lovely wine.
