Visual aspect: a pale golden hue, beautiful cordon and a good pace of effervescence. Nose: very elegant, delicate and floral aromas, warm and complex. Hints of wax with a touch of jellied fruit and honey. Marvellous finish. Palate: flavours of jellied fruit, slightly honeyed. Match with food: duck cooked with orange. Comments: a great wine for initiates.
