Visual aspect: a light yellow colour. Nose: Delicate and powerful. It then opens up pleasantly. Palate: elegant, round and pure on the first taste. Excellent length and some tangy citrus flavours. Very pleasant. Match with food: an aperitif champagne. Comments: a well made wine. We recognize the talent of great wine growers.
