Château Malartic-Lagravière
Visual aspect: a vivid, gleaming purple hue, showing the first signs of development. Nose: good powerfulness, with characteristic aromas of quite ripe black and red fruits, as well as smoky, tobacco, toasted scents mingled with sweet spices, cocoa, ground coffee and floral fragrances. Palate: supple on the first taste, extracted tannins, marvellous structure and a slight bitterness. Match with food: rack of suckling lamb. Comments: a powerful wine.
