Visual aspect: a dark ruby hue with purplish tints. Nose: pleasant on aromas of red and black fruits, musky, vanilla scents, it is elegant on hints of apple. Palate: a great growth, within the limitations of this vintage, fleshy on flavours of black fruit. Match with food: stuffed quails, offal, beet and mushrooms. Comments: we can perceive a lot of talent here, with regard to a difficult vintage.
