Visual aspect: superb foam, a golden-yellow hue and gleaming disc. Nose: powerful on aromas of ripe fruit, bananas, apples, candied citrus and honey. Palate: fresh on the first taste, with honeyed flavours and lovely complexity. Match with food: scallops. Comments: a really superb champagne.
