Visual aspect: deep golden yellow colour. Marked sparkling. Nose: quite delicious vintage, we scent some very ripe fruit aromas (mirabelle plum). Palate: pure first taste. Well-balanced, ample palate, well-integrated bubbles, lovely length. Match with food: a Champagne for the main dish: roasted scalops and pan-fried foie gras. Comments: a lovely wine.
