Champagne Waris Larmandier
Visual aspect: plentiful effervescence, a thick, long-lasting cordon. It gleams with an averagely intense golden yellow colour. Nose: scents of hazelnut, toast and slightly bitter-tasting fruit. Palate: lively, clean and pure on the first taste. Lots of effervescence and a taste of delicately bitter fruit. Match with food: crayfish in tempura with sweet and sour sauce. Comments: finely balanced, aromatic, fresh Champagne.
