Visual aspect: golden yellow, fine bubbles. Nose: honey, jam, apricot, exotic fruit, pastry scents. Palate: great fineness, good balance, a hint of citrus fruit (preserved lemon). Match with food: veal meat with basil, filled chicken wings. Comments: marvellous!
