Visual aspect: golden, with light green shades. Lovely cordon, fine bubbles. Nose: rich, intense, aromas of brioche, yeast, beeswax and honey. Palate: pure, straight first taste. Good matter, pleasurable acidity. Slightly herbaceous and sweet flavours. Nice length. The vintage effect. Match with food: fillets of red mullet and slices of red pepper with Nyons olive oil. Comments: a beautiful delicious and crisp wine.
