Visual aspect: pale yellow colour, green shades. Very fine bubbles. Nose: fine and delicate, almond cream, marzipan. Palate: expressive, delicious, fresh, with the same aromas than the nose. Well-dosed. Tasty finish. Match with food: citronella-flavoured prawn salad. Comments: a classic but well-made Champagne.
