Also toasted nuts, herbs. Palate: right touch of acidity, tight tannins, medium bodied. Aromas of cooked cherries, berries, herbs and mint. Pleasant aftertaste. Match with food: beef tartar; chilled porked knuckle terrine. Comments: a nice wine to share.
