Visual aspect: garnet-red hue, black cherry, purplish tone. Deep, limpid, brilliant. Nose: nice intensity, complex, tangy, black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), peppery notes (black pepper), black olives, smoked. Palate: smooth at first taste, red and black fruits aromas (blackberry). Present, supple and elegant tannins. Very nice length, nice balance. Good concentration. Match with food: broken egg with a black tapenade. Comments: a superb wine for pleasure, to decant before serving.
