Very Mediterranean, slightly iodized. Palate: nice at first taste, fresh, generous, well-structured. Small black olive and star anise, nice intensity. Finish on raspberry, floral, black fruit compote aromas. Match with food: prime rib of beef grilled on vine shoots with potatoes cooked in the ash with salt butter. Comments: a magnificent wine.
