Visual aspect: black cherry, deep hue, raspberry nearly tile-red tinges. Coloured tears. Nose: grape aroma, tart with jammy blackberries. Interesting balsamic scent, garigue and liquorice sweets, melted woodiness. Palate: ample, rich, full, voluminous. The tanins are still a bit tight in the finish. Vegetal hint of cherry stalk. Match with food: venison stew; wild boar with Grand Veneur sauce. Comments: beautiful red wine.
