Visual aspect: old gold hue, beautiful elegant bubbles. Nose: very mature, light notes of evolution. Aromas of oven-baked apples, candied fruits, toasty notes. Very pleasant. Palate: the rich side of ripe apple with a finish with mild spices, cinnamon. Very good balance. Beautiful wine. Match with food: pheasant with apples; duck with peaches. Comments: a beautiful vintage Champagne with a good structure in the mouth.
