Visual aspect: pale gold hue, grey tinges. Nose: notes of roasting and toasted almonds. Palate: typical of Pinot. Red fruits (morello cherries, raspberries). Delicate aftertaste. Match with food: crunchy almonds, amaretto biscuit and chocolate sauce. Comments: a lovely surprise, a very good representation of Pinot.
