Visual aspect: very pale golden hue. Nose: prettily expressive nose, a lovely complexity. Nice aromas of ripe fruits, vine peach, a hint of apricot. Palate: unctuous palate with a good concentration. A beautiful balance and good structure. Match with food: piece of roast monkfish with salted butter. Comments: a beautiful cuvee! We are looking forward to tasting it again.
