Champagne Waris Larmandier
Visual aspect: pale yellow hue with green tinges. Nose: young, dashing, very fresh. Yellow spring flowers like crocus. Palate: very silky palate with a beautiful breadth and great balance. Very good complexity, a nice body. A really good wine. Match with food: aperitif; grilled lobster with white butter sauce. Comments: a Champagne to taste again and again, just for pleasure.
