Palate: supple first taste; flavours of cooked apples, blackberries, grenadine. Lovely aftertaste. Match with food: duck Montmorency; raspberry tart; Ossau Iraty cheese with cherry jam. Comments: a lovely wine crafted by a talented wine grower.
