Visual aspect: straw-yellow. Nose: with the typical scents of Pinot and some signs of development. Palate: moreish, powerful, fresh, very open, complex, mature, in accordance with the Pinot side. Beautiful finish. Match with food: catfish with black beans; navarin with prunes. Comments: a very good wine.
