Visual aspect: very pale gold; fine and regular bubbles. Nose: fresh almonds , white chocolate, a fruity side (green apple). Palate: fresh and supple first taste, nervous. A hint of bitterness in a lovely finish. Match with food: for the aperitif. Comments: a very promising wine.
