It shows a greenish colour with silvery tints. The bubbles are delicate and persistent. There are some hints of reduction on the nose, revealing aromas of pear and verbena, but it is lively and has good complexity.
The first taste is supple, fruity and acidulous. It possesses roundness, richness and good balance.
This is a very pleasant-tasting champagne.
Serve to accompany white meats or quails cooked with grapes.
