Visual aspect: intense ruby-red colour, brilliant. Nose: intense first nose, discreet but fruity. Opens up a little to macerated red fruits (Burlat cherry and Morello cherry). Palate: pure, lively first taste, beautiful acidity. Freshness, with the same fruits than the nose. Match with food: rib steak of Bazas beef, raw shallots and Sarladaise potatoes. Comments: a wine with character, for a country meal. Much talent!
