Visual aspect: golden yellow, translucent, brilliant. Nose: first signs of development, citrus. Palate: supple first taste, present woodiness, yellow-fleshed fruits, citrus. Magnificent aftertaste. Match with food: carpaccio of mullet and mangoes; fillet of sole with cream (slightly coloured with saffron). Comments: a very pleasant wine in general.
