Visual aspect: garnet-red, translucent hue. Nose: lovely freshness, intense, very elegant nose. With red fruits (raspberry, wild strawberry), perfectly integrated woodiness. Palate: very elegant, a lot of freshness, with wild red fruits aromas. Fine and present tannins. Match with food: cushion of veal with morels. Comments: a lot of finesse for a Saint-Estèphe and a 2009! Much talent!
