Visual aspect: salmon-pink, intense hue with a good translucency. Nose: very pleasant, pure, powerful and expressive. Aromas of slightly jammy wild strawberries. Palate: very supple first taste with a lovely roundness and a good balance. Match with food: burbot with sauce hollandaise. Comments: a great wine with a lot of roundness and a very rich and pleasant nose. A real delight!
