Visual aspect: opaque, cherry colour. Nose: spices, red and black fruits, liquorice, clove. Palate: pleasant material, round, crisp but still young. Blackcurrant in the aftertaste. Match with food: venison with mushrooms. Comments: the barrel is still marked. To await a little for a greater pleasure.
