Champagne Bergeronneau Marion
Visual aspect: deep gold colour, fine bubbles. Nose: straw and apricot in the first nose. Very complex and rich. Palate: full, ripe. With a tense structure, a great aromatic complexity. Very nice length. Match with food: braised sweetbread and sauce, pan-fried chanterelles. Comments: a great wine. An exemplary handling of the pinot meunier. Beautiful presentation mixing modernity and tradition. One of our favourites, bravo!
