Visual aspect: straw yellow, fine bubbles. Nose: red fruits and blackcurrant, quite vegetal. Palate: frank first taste, on the red fruits. Very nice citrus, great vivacity in the aftertaste. Match with food: zander or pike with white butter sauce; salmon tartar. Comments: a pleasant wine, with a present terroir.
