Visual aspect: gold yellow colour. Nose: beautiful intensity, liquorice stick. Very pleasant. Palate: very frank first taste, redcurrant. Nice finish with a hint of astringency. Match with food: white-fleshed meat; smoked salmon. Comments: a wine for a meal.
