Visual aspect: deep gold colour, limpid, brilliant. Fine bubble. Nose: magnificent, bunch of grapes, red fruits (redcurrant, raspberry, blackcurrant). Spicy notes, orange peel. Back on very ripe grapes. Palate: vivid and fresh first taste, nice complexity, red fruits. Very persistent finish. Match with food: duck fillet; braised ham. Comments: a wine for a meal.
