Visual aspect: beautiful yellow gold colour, golden. Nice intensity. Nose: powerful and aromatic, very complex. Fruits, citrus, blackcurrant bud. Palate: ample first taste, full and melted. We find all the complexity of the nose with a superb balance which ends with a touch of freshness. Match with food: over a sea sauerkraut; aperitif. Comments: an exceptional wine, a magnificent balance.
