Visual aspect: pale yellow gold colour, with light green tinges. Very fine bubbles. Nose: discreet and fine. Floral notes and white-fleshed fruits. A touch of minerality. Palate: nice first taste marked by the citrus and the lemon. Ample, a floral side that we find in the retro-olfaction. Match with food: pan-fried scallops and crayfish, gravy. Comments: a talented winegrower.
