Visual aspect: deep gold yellow colour, very fine and persistent bubble. Nose: very powerful, cold coffee, roasting. Palate: roasted aroma, pink grapefruit. Nice intensity, fat, full-bodied. Liquorice in the aftertaste. Nice length. Match with food: red mullet cooked a la plancha ; pan-fried foie gras. Comments: a wine for meals.
