Visual aspect: deep pale gold colour, pale yellow tinges. Fine and vivid bubbles which develop a persistent ring. Nose: blueberry, cherry, mushroom, peach, dandelion, fresh bread. Palate: supple and fresh first taste, creamy and melted effervescence. Round and smooth mid-palate, enhanced by vegetable notes. Spicy and soft finish at the same time. Match with food: frog legs with parsley juice. Comments: an excellent Champagne for a meal.
