Visual aspect: gold yellow colour, fine and intense bubbles. Nose: discreet first nose. After swirling, opens up on a great complexity. Dried fruits, yellow-fleshed fruits. Palate: delectable first taste, full. A vinous retro-olfaction (thanks to the Pinot Noir). Nice length, with freshness. Match with food: warm foie gras escalope with ratafia. Comments: a very beautiful cuvée.
