Visual aspect: very pale yellow colour, fine and regular bubbles. Bead on the disk (string of bubbles). Nose: quite opulent, white redcurrant. Aniseed, liquorice. Slightly smoked. Palate: fine, fresh and pleasant. Pure and generous. Nice material, rich. Orchard aromas. Beautiful finish. Match with food: razor shell with cream and saffron, grilled pepper bell. Comments: a very beautiful wine.
