Visual aspect: clear yellow colour, silvery tinges. Persistent bead, fine and present bubbles. Nose: fine, with a few notes of mushrooms after swirling then toasted bread. Palate: pure, fresh. The aftertaste brings some very pleasant mineral notes. Match with food: salmi of young guinea fowl, potatoes and sauce. Comments: a mouthful of talent.
